Letter from the President
Serving as USCAP President has been the greatest honor and privilege of my academic career, and I look forward to welcoming you all to our 113th Annual Meeting in Baltimore, Maryland. For over a century, USCAP has been the “Gold Standard” for top notch Pathology education and research worldwide, and the 2024 Annual Meeting will be no exception. The theme of this year’s meeting “Bringing Education to Life” is apt as we embark on this very exciting journey of taking USCAP to the next level as the premier organization serving the educational needs of Pathologists globally.
The meeting will commence on Saturday, March 23rd with the USCAP Honors and Maude Abbott Legacy celebration, followed by the invigorating reception for all attendees. All Companion Society Meetings will take place on Sunday, March 24th. The 2024 USCAP Luminaries in Pathology sessions will cover Genitourinary and Pulmonary Pathology. Monday, March 25th through Thursday, March 28th will include outstanding Poster and Platform Sessions, Interactive Microscopy Courses, Short and Special Courses, the Timely Topics Lecture, and Long Course. The Exhibit Halls will be open on Monday, March 25 and continue through Wednesday, March 27. All Platform Sessions, Companion Society Meetings, and Evening Specialty Conferences will be recorded and available to all General Registration attendees at no additional cost shortly after the meeting.
Inaugural Sessions at the 2024 Annual Meeting will include: A Day in the Sign-out, Histology Bootcamp, The Best of the USCAP Journals, and Medical Student’s Workshop.
The knowledge acquired in education and research, and the relationships forged at the meeting will last throughout your career and lifetime. I look forward to seeing you in Baltimore.
